Autonomy -- The "It" gift this Holiday
We built something! And it gives you autonomy over your workout. Giving you all the control — what better gift could a person ask for, particularly now. We are all trying to find ways to function more autonomously as our work spaces and workOUT spaces have become more of a solo situation.
If you have ever wondered “Is this how it’s supposed to be done?” or “Why does this feel so hard for me but look so easy for someone else.” You’re in good company. We heard you, and WE MADE YOU SOMETHING! We are calling it an OG Pilates Journal. These are available for purchase now via our Mindbody Product Store.
We typed up simple steps for each Mat and Reformer exercise, set aside gorgeous pics of our teachers executing them. The most important piece of this JOURNAL is just that — the journal entry page behind each exercise. Here you can journal your experience, track progress and notate cues / modifications that made YOU feel most successful. Whether you’re doing mat workouts at home with us via ZOOM or masked up for in-studio privates. Our minds can’t house it all, and they don’t have to, now you can jot down memorable moments in your exercise journey, and take them with you anywhere you go; be it for vacation, or for health and safety quarantining.
YOUR Pilates workout is always with you, in your OG PIlates Journal.
Our number one aim is to make this exercise science accessible to everyone by lowering our prices to compete with more contemporary exercise regiments and giving you the information for every exercise. That way you’re never left wondering “what’s next?”
Now you have the Mat and Reformer exercises and orders in your hot little hands!
These journals will help you get the most out of your current workouts and also give you the confidence to join our newest in-studio offering “Open Studio” coming Spring 2021! These sessions can be booked on Mindbody with proper prerequisites you can read about when selecting the class. You have to do some homework to garner entry ; D
Check out my business partner and bestie’s blog post where she’ll discuss, Open Studio, what it is, why it’s important and it’s historical roots!
Thank you for taking us on your health journey fellow wanderers.
